As the Consulting Manager, you lead a Team of 3 consultants and connect with other departments to ensure that all services to clients are timely planned, communicated and perfectly executed. You directly report to our Head of Retail Practices.

• You are responsible for the detailed planning of each Consulting and Tools implementation project.
• You are responsible for the timely execution of Client’s projects and its coordination internally and externally.
• You follow up closely each assigned Clients, the evolution of their strategies, organisation and markets environment.
• You play a key role engaging with Teams to suggest Services improvement.
• Your deep understanding of Clients and their business context enables you to identify growth opportunities.

Proven quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
Ability to effectively plan and lead the correct processes to reach conclusions/consensus in a facilitated meeting and positively handle disruptive or hostile participants.
Ability to select and use appropriate tools for the job and perform technical research as required to supplement and support HPTC methodologies in delivering solutions to clients.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio) to accomplish daily business activities and facilitate communications.
Ability to design and develop technical reference documentation for project workplans, guidelines, standards, procedures, and processes that meet the needs of the target audience.
Ability to identify key issues, analyze data, and make recommendations to address problems.
Ability to learn fast new Digital tools and develop a level of Master to support our Clients.
Ability to think globally and discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues. Ability to respect and appreciate different personality styles, thinking, backgrounds, and cultures.
Excellent client interaction skills, collaborative work style, and strong interpersonal and team skills.
Good presentation skills.
30-35 years old with track records of success in the Consulting, Research, Retail or CPG industry.
Research and Retail Industry knowledge.
Be able to travel oversea for Customer Support when required.
Fluent in English (TOEFL IBT 60 / PBT 500).
