As a Project Manager at Hypertrade, you will have a crucial role in shaping and driving the integration and automation of our product offerings. This position offers the unique opportunity to lead both product and project lifecycles, ensuring the delivery of strategic initiatives that enhance our technology landscape and improve customer outcomes.
– Project Coordination: Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring efficient progress and timely completion of milestones using tools like Jira and Confluence.
– Agile Methodology Implementation: Organize and facilitate all aspects of agile project management, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
– Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project deliverables and outcomes. Manage stakeholders’ expectations effectively, including the capacity to decline requests when necessary.
– Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams within Hypertrade to adopt and refine best practices for project management. Ensure all team members have the necessary information and minimal disruptions, using project/product management tools to streamline communication and task management.
– Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them before they impact the project.
– Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in project management, preferably in technology or digital project delivery. Experience in Agile environments is crucial.
– Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities with adept stakeholder management skills.
– Leadership: Proven leadership experience in managing both the operational aspects of large-scale projects and the detailed complexities of agile project execution.
– Languages: Fluency in English and Thai to cater to a diverse regional team and client base.
